FSI coating Technologies, Inc., the globally recognized leader in premium, high performance, anti-fog coating solutions announced today that parent company SDC Technologies, Inc. (SDC) obtained a majority membership interest of Lens Technology I, LLC (LTI) on July 31, 2014. Based in La Mirada, California, LTI is a recognized leader in the development and manufacture of high performance, proprietary UV curable, and thermal curable anti-scratch coatings. SDC is a global manufacturer of innovative abrasion resistant coatings.
